Food equipment laboratory at the Moscow State University of Food Production

The laboratory presents the equipment manufactured by Sweets Technologies:
- forming machines for the manufacture of products from base paste (fruit) and cereal masses ММС-200 and RFM-200;
- dragee coating cabin, dragee coating pan;
- mixers for different masses.
In the laboratory, it is possible to carry out tests of your products, together with our specialists. Also here, with the help of university students and our specialists, new recipes for the production of confectionery products and testing of new ingredients could be developed. The laboratory also hosts training seminars and forums.
