On January 26, in the laboratory of food equipment on the basis of the Moscow State University of Food Production, a master class "Cooking an anniversary cake" was held in honor of the 90th anniversary of MGUPP. Under the guidance of Chefs and Pastry Chefs V. Lobachev, K. Trehalina, E. Malyutin, A. Tsyganov, they made an anniversary cake in the shape of the number 90. The cake tasting took place at the Shokoland Innovation Center of Confectionery Technologies.
