Results of the past master classes

From October 5 to October 7, in the laboratory on the basis of the Moscow State University of Food Industry, we held an online master class, where we demonstrated the operation of our equipment. We used a variety of ingredients and formats to showcase the capabilities of our machines.

The demonstration was held at:

- forming machine for the production of muesli bars MMC-200

- forming machine for the production of protein, fruit bars RFM-200

- cooling tunnel horizontal type SW-CT

- USG ultrasonic guillotine

They also demonstrated a ball mill, a roasting machine for cocoa beans, a laboratory melanger, a laboratory turboconche and a temperature meter.

After the master class, our clients were able to test their weight on our equipment.
